How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for kitchenware?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, food-contact items that have been used cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Pryde's Kitchen & Necessities ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our carrier options to support more international destinations soon.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure and seamless checkout experience.
Are your products covered by a warranty?

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. You can request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase by contacting our support team, but once an order has reached the shipping stage, it cannot be modified.
